Byrd Park RVA Tree Walk

The Byrd Park Tree Walk features trees that are easily viewed from the path.   All are mature trees with permanent labels on the trunk.  Take a close look and you can find red maple flowers in very early spring, sourwood flowers in early summer, beech nuts a little later.  Notice the great variety of leaf shapes and distinctive bark.  There is always something to see and each season is different, so visit more than once!
